Brandi Passante, born in Houston, Texas, started her career after moving to California and working at a carpet-cleaning firm. She met Jarrod Schulz there, and they began auctioning storage units together. Their success inspired them to create a thrift store called Now and Then in Orange, California, where they resold their auction purchases.
In 2010, Brandi and Jarrod rose to national prominence after appearing on A&E’s blockbuster reality show Storage Wars. Known as “The Young Guns,” their combination of wit, competition, and collaboration made them fan favorites. Their fame spawned a short-lived spin-off series, Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job, in 2014.
Although both stores closed by 2016, Brandi continued her television career and became one of the show’s most memorable characters. Her simple attitude and keen eye for valuable treasures contributed to Storage Wars’ popularity.
After splitting from Jarrod in 2018, Brandi concentrated on parenting their two children and pursuing solo business projects. From humble beginnings to reality-TV celebrity, she is still a well-known and respected personality in the auction world.
